If you've exported a Coupon Redemption Data Report but there is no location data available, this typically means the coupon is able to redeemed via the mobile app. If a coupon is redeemed on a mobile app, there is no location data due to the activity not taking place at the POS on location.
You can check whether a Promo Campaign is set to allow redemption on the mobile app by going to Campaigns and choosing the campaign in question.
On the second page, you'll see two options to choose between:
If "Unlock rewards on Mobile App" is selected, the Location data cannot be captured for this coupon and you will not be able to see the Location information on the Coupon Redemption Data Report.
In order to have your location data associated with the Coupon, choose Directly processed at POS when you are setting up your promo campaign.
