If you receive an automated message from the iOS app store that contains the verbiage 'We've identified one or more issues with a recent delivery of your app' (image below).
Apple regularly updates their SDK. This is a notification from Apple to alert you to issues discovered with the version of the app being submitted that will conflict with future versions of SDK releases. These issues will not prevent your app from being approved unless submitted after the date referenced in the notification.
In the example above, the notification was triggered in February by an app submission but would not prevent the app from launching unless it was submitted in its current form after April 2020.
