If you log into Punchh as an admin user and send yourself a data export on an immediate export schedule and fail to receive it please check the following:
- Make sure and have a coworker or separate admin user for you business email themselves the report to isolate whether this is happening for all admins on your network or not
- Email the report to yourself off of your work network to see if something is blocking emails with attachments or if any other security group policies are preventing you from receiving the email
- Consult your local IT to verify the above two steps
- If none of these steps illuminate the issue, contact Punchh support at the support portal and submit a ticket. An agent will test on our side to verify that the mail server is working as expected
