Update Reward Expiry button within the campaign stats page will be helpful in case anyone forgot to add the reward expiry date at the time of the campaign configuration or to generally update the expiry as this does affect rewards already gifted retroactively.
Below is the screenshot of the button through which the reward expiry can be updated which will expire the reward from the user's account.
To scroll down to this option: Punchh Platform >> Campaigns >> Select the campaign
When clicked further it will prompt to add the date and then click on Process to complete the procedure of updating the reward expiry date.
Please Note: These settings are only accessed by Punchh Admins. To get this further updated please reach out to your CSM or raise a request on Support@punchh.com
Updating the expiry date on rewards does not remove the reward entirely from the guest account. However, it marks the reward invalid/expired/ perished so that it cannot be used by the guest.
