This is a known issue after Microsoft updated Outlook sometime ago. GIFs are strecthed out due to the way Outlook displays them.
The suggestion to resolve - Export your GIF on a 1:1 scale in comparison to your email template.
Punchh uses a 320px by 600px in the new email editor.
