The coupon length and coupon prefix can only be configured by Punchh admins and is set up during Implementations. Below are the limitations of our coupons for compatibility with Punchh.
Coupon Prefix: It can be up to 10 characters long alphanumeric prefix to be appended to coupons. Coupon Prefix is case insensitive and will not be considered a part of Coupon Length.
Coupon Length: It can be from 7 to 10 characters long. All coupon codes longer than 7 characters will start with 'C' by default when the Coupon Prefix field is not specified.
