This will most often occur when an incorrect POS Type is selected in Settings > Locations > POS.
Unless otherwise mentioned, Aloha sites' POS Type should always be Aloha (Secure).
Ensure that the correct POS Type is selected and if the issue persists, please submit a ticket to email@example.com
