Once you have created and scheduled a post check in campaign it must be activated. This is because a post check in campaign is not running and then ending in a short finite manner, necessarily. It will run the complete duration scheduled and the action of checking in will trigger the campaign for the applicable guests.
- In order to activate a post check in campaign, navigate to the campaign at:
Campaigns > Campaigns > Offer > Post Check in Offer
- Click on the applicable campaign
- In the upper right hand corner click on the vertical ellipses
- Click on Activate
The campaign will now be active.
