This error, seen below, is an indication of a connectivity issue on Speedline's end.
When Speedline cannot connect to Punchh, the POS enter's "Store and Forward" mode allowing for communication to earn points but not redeem offers.
Please reach out to Speedline and bring this to their attention. They will need assistance from the location experiencing the issue in obtaining logs and additional data to resolve.
