Guests may accidentally unsubscribe themselves from receiving marketing emails or may have never subscribed and now would like to receive them. Complete the steps below to resubscribe guests (This is assuming the Webhook between SendGrid & Punchh is configured correctly):
1. On the top right of the Punchh Platform enter the Guest Email Address/Full Name/Phone Number & hit enter
2. Once on the Guest Timeline click Edit Profile
3. Scroll to the bottom and click on the "Marketing Email Subscription?" box and a blue checkmark will appear.
4. Click Update
Once the steps are completed the guest will automatically be resubscribed to marketing emails via their timeline and sendGrid.
