Only one account will migrate in this instance. If you see where a guest is already migrated and they have an additional account waiting to migrate, the ideal process is to:
- Manually Gift the guest their missing points
- Delete the additional account from "Awaiting Migration."
You may delete a record from Awaiting Migration by:
1. Clicking on the blue pencil to "edit" the record
2. Scroll all the way down to the end of the record and click "Delete."
