If an eClub Guest accidentally unsubscribed from Marketing Emails from your Loyalty Program and missed out on an offer or Anniversary Reward (ex: Birthday Reward) can it be delivered to them?
- Yes, the reward can be resent to the Guest but they do need to be resubscribed to Marketing Emails in order to receive it.
- The Reward has to only contain an image that details the Reward and cannot contain a Coupon.
To resend the Reward go into the Campaign>click Next on Section 1 (What)>enter Guest Email Address on Section 2 (Whom)>click Send Test Notification
