If an eClub guest accidentally unsubscribed from Marketing Emails from your loyalty program and missed out on an offer or Anniversary Reward (ex: Birthday Reward) can it be delivered to them?
- Yes, the reward can be resent to the guest but they do need to be resubscribed to Marketing emails in order to receive it.
- The reward has to only contain an image that details the reward and cannot contain a coupon.
To resend the reward go into the Campaign> click Next on Section 1 (What) > enter the guest's email address on Section 2 (Whom)> click Send Test Notification
