In order to view data from any locations on the Dashboard landing page, Franchisee Admin Users will first have to be assigned locations/groups or they will see the following message on there landing page under Location:
Note: This is dependent upon permissions in the role, for more information see What is the correct permission level for franchisees to see only their own locations in the dashboard?
The specific Admin User will also need the locations/groups that they require access to in their account, under Settings > Admin Users > Specific User. Only locations/groups listed here yield data on the Dashboard landing page.
Note: If you have a franchisee that needs access to multiple locations, it is advised to create a Location Group, and use that when configuring the user.
