This function will discount the least expensive single item out of multiple items from multiple item groups, as long as both line items are present on the receipt. For example, we want to create a campaign called "Get a drink for $1 with purchase of Burger". We know that our burgers are always going to be a higher price than our drinks, so our discount is going to be applied to a drink only, and it will be applied to the drink that costs the least. For this qualification criterion, we want to make sure that both "Burger" and "Drinks" are present before giving a discount.
