If you use MonkeyMedia as your online ordering provider, you may have heard of the term Lock Day. MonkeyMedia will keep the orders open until a certain day. On Lock Day, the orders are locked, and they will submit all of the eligible transactions to Punchh to earn points.
If you are seeing all orders from the app or mobile ordering are not earning points, it is likely a setting that MonkeyMedia needs to enable for online ordering channels.
Reach out to MonkeyMedia support(email@example.com), as they will need to enable "accrue points upon Lock Day" for whichever channel needs it, and then re-run the lock day process going back as far back as there are orders that did not earn.
