If you see the following error in the Punchh config file (Punccconf.frmconf) on the back of house server, this indicates that the store number in Aloha (NOT found) does not match the store number in Punchh on our Freshnet server. There are several reasons you could encounter this error...
- A ticket was never submitted to support to set this site up on our backend.
- The store number has been changed in Punchh before or after the initial installation.
- The store number has been changed in Aloha before or after the initial installation.
The typical behavior of this error occurring is when running the AlohaPunchhSetup.exe MSI installer and it launches the PunchhConf.exe the GUI flashes then immediately closes.
