If a guest reports that they cannot print a coupon, please send Punchh support the email or campaign in question so that we can test on our end.
In the case that you will be sending us the email from the campaign that the guest received, please download the email as a file (.EML) and zip it and send as an attachment. This will ensure that the headers in the actual SMTP portion of the email remain intact and don't take on the properties of the forwarded email.
