some brands have the ability to cancel on the app. This will be found by going to Orders>Past Orders>select the order>Tap Cancel.
If the above steps are missing, then your brand does not have this capability. To cancel an order, contact the store that the order was placed at. They will work with their Online Ordering provider to cancel this. If the online ordering provider is OLO then this may be done in the OLO dashboard.
