Punchh University is a self-service, online course platform to get in-depth training ahead of live training provided by the Customer Success team, for more effective & efficient training sessions.
In order to access these videos, your Admin User will need a role assigned to it that has access to the Knowledgebase. If you have that, you will simply need to click the Graduation Cap icon at the top-right of the Punchh Platform.
- Once you have clicked the University Link, you'll be brought to a landing page for Punchh University, where it will list all of the courses you are currently enrolled in.
- In addition, you can click the catalog at the top left and browse available courses, or use the search bar to search all eligible courses by clicking the icon for catalog.
- After choosing the link for a course, you can click start to begin the lesson and start learning the wonderful world of Punchh.
