When creating a Signup campaign for eClub members, you would not want a campaign that will assign them a redeemable, as they do not have a loyalty account to sign in with/redeem it.
In the campaign configuration, you would want to choose "No Gift, Only Messaging" as the redeemable type:
- Setting up this type of campaign would still send them an email, but will have no loyalty gift associated with it. If you have a coupon that is static for all users, and they just need to show an email to get an in-store reward, this would be the gift type to use.
NOTE: if you do not see this option available, this is due to your Brand Cockpit settings having Sign up offer on first app login checked. Cockpit settings are only accessible by your CSM and Punchh admins. Please contact your CSM if you'd like this setting changed.
