There are many reasons that an email or delivered content can reach the Spam folder instead of a guest's inbox.
Punchh does not control the delivery of emails, and instead, content gets sent to Sendgrid who then delivers this. While there's not anything within the Punchh platform that can increase the chances of emails being delivered, or prevent emails from being sent to spam, Sendgrid does provide best practices to help prevent this.
