It is important to note that profile update campaigns only trigger when a specified field (from step 2 of the campaign) is ADDED to a guest's profile. If a profile field is merely changed, it will not trigger the campaign.
- For example, if "Favorite Location" is required upon sign up, then a favorite location will always be present for any guest who has already signed up. This means a new profile update campaign for a business with an app configured as such will never fire, because guests will never ADD a value where one didn't already exist, regarding favorite location
