If you add a new location to the Punchh portal and wish for the location to be available for online ordering. There are a few steps that have to be set up with Olo directly for the store to be added for Online ordering.
Olo will need to confirm the location is enabled to offer online ordering services.
If you need to activate/ re-activate the location, Olo will have to re-create it, which includes the submission of a new activation form. Please contact Olo directly to submit the activation form.
Olo also needs to know if this store it to be added for loyalty transactions otherwise Online ordering will be available but redemptions and earning will not work at this location during Olo transactions.
