When setting up a BOGO it's important to remember that there are two different types, depending on the desired promotion.
If you receive the following result when testing your Qualification Criteria, it may be an issue with the configuration of the processing function.
- If you are creating a buy one get one deal to give the same exact item ID for free, in your QC, you'll want to choose "Buy one get one free(fix item)" as the processing function.
- If you want the guest to be able to redeem the BOGO for any similar item(in the same major group, like all burgers or pizzas), you'll need to choose "Buy one get one free(any item)" for the processing function.
