Guests will migrate their accounts from a Client's previous Loyalty Program into the Punchh Loyalty Program and depending on the configuration of the migration process will be prompted for a verification code.
The verification code is a security measure in place to ensure Guests are who they say are; the verification code is delivered to the Guests Email Address used in the original Loyalty Program.
If the Guest is not receiving the email there is a high probability the verification code was delivered to the Guests Spam/Junk Folder. Have them check this folder if they're not seeing the email in their Inbox and proceed to enter the verification code in the app.
