If you are receiving email scorecards for a location that is not integrated with Punchh, the reporting may not be completely up-to-date.
Locations that do not have a POS that integrates with Punchh often take advantage of our Manual Receipt Verification process to approve loyalty transactions based on actual photos of the receipts.
Since this process is manual, it can take some time to get updated, so you may find that checkins from the previous week have not yet been approved, yet. This would make a weekly, "live" automated report inaccurate, but pulling a report after the fact for that date range would have all of the correct data.
In addition, since these locations are not integrated, redemptions will usually display 0, since the report is pulling redemptions that were honored at the POS, rather than all redemptions.
