If guests are not earning on Olo orders at a specific location but all other locations are working correctly, do the following:
- Go to the Punchh Platform under Support > Barcode Lookup > Barcode Search select the location and date then search.
- Check receipts from Olo orders at the location, if those receipts contain the Guest's info and they are just coming through to Punchh not checked in.
- Please reach out to Olo and confirm that this location is set up for loyalty.
This is an added feature in Olo that has to be set up for each location to be enabled for earning.
