Custom Profile Fields in Settings allow you to gather information from your guests that may be more specific to your business. You can ask for more detailed personal information, ratings, or even multiple choice questions.
These fields are also available in the Punchh platform when viewing a guest's timeline and selecting Edit Profile. When new profile fields are created, the fields will be available in the platform for users that are created after the fields are added. If a user is created before the fields were added, then these profile fields will not be available in the platform until the user chooses answers.
