If you have scheduled a campaign and noticed it is still processing after the scheduled time, please consider the following:
- The time you schedule a campaign is when the campaign will begin processing.
- Push Notification, SMS/Text, and Email notifications are not sent until after the campaign processing completes.
Punchh continuously monitors and allocates resources accordingly to optimize delivery. If your campaign has been processing for over 2 or more hours, open a ticket with Punchh Support and they will escalate to ensure delivery of the campaign.
