You may have guests that place catering or other orders in advanced. These orders will not earn points until the order has been "fired" at the restaurant, according to the time on the online order receipt.
There are several reasons for this, including order cancellation or fraud prevention, but the online ordering provider does not send the details to Punchh through the POS until it gets sent to the restaurant to be prepared.
Once we have received said check data, the guest will earn points/visits based on the brand settings.
