Within the Punchh Platform, you are able to monitor suspicious guest activity under Guests > Fraud Suspects. This reporting is based on Suspicious Activity Rules, which can be set up by following this guide: What are the "Activity Detection Rules" and how to configure these rules?
Guests with suspicious alerts will appear in this reporting. The suspicious alerts' dates in the timeline must be included in the date range to appear. If you are having an issue finding these guests:
- Check that the date range is large enough and that it includes the suspicious activity alert date
- If you are having trouble with one rule, try All Locations and All Rules to broaden your search.
- Lastly, ensure that the guest is not included in the Whitelisted Guests Segment.
