After a store has been closed down, make sure that you go through the following steps to disable reporting for a location.
Note: To find the steps of closing a store, please see: How do I deactivate a location in the Platform that is now closed?
Note: Whenever a location is "disapproved" reporting is not automatically disabled.
In the Punchh Platform, go to Settings> Locations> Find the now-closed location
Once you are on the setup for the location, make sure the turn off the following:
From the Location tab:
- Enable location for whitelabel checkins / liability reporting and POS stats reporting?
From the POS Tab
- Enable POS Monitoring?
- Send all receipt data to Punchh's datasink?
Disabling these options will disable monitoring for the closed location and prevent reporting from
allocating information that's no longer available.
