For most gift cards that are present within your account, found under Guests > Gift Cards, you will find a corresponding purchase for that gift card under Reports > Payments Report.
Occasionally, you will find that a gift card does not show up in this report for the selected time range. This could indicate that the original gift card was purchased before the time range, and then transferred to another user. It could also indicate a change in gift card settings or providers since that card was purchased.
