If all store level settings have been confirmed set up correctly in the Punchh platform. And the location has the correct store ID and API key in Aloha for this location but still is not printing barcodes.
Look for these settings and messages in the Punchhinter logs for the Aloha Terminals at the affected site.
1. The first 2 settings enable barcode printing on Check-ins and Redemptions.
These settings can both be turned on or off in the store level settings by the client's Aloha administrator.
2. This second message relates to an above store level setting that enables Punchh barcodes to print on closed checks if all three of these are in the logs they will not print any barcodes.
If they would like Barcodes to print on closed checks please reach out to Jim Story to have this adjusted.
