An Admin User will be created and sometimes may not receive the initial confirmation email to accept the invite and complete their profile setup.
First, the user should check their junk/spam folder to ensure the email was not filtered to one of these folders. If the email is not there Re-Inviting them will deliver the email to the user.
- In the Platform click Settings>Admin Users
- Click the Admin User in question
- Click Re-Invite
- The invite email will immediately be redelivered to the Admin User and they can then complete their account configuration.
