In the Punchh platform, some pages show timestamps in the timezone of the user logged into the platform while others show entries stamped in the timezone originally set for business upon "Punchh inception".
For example, if you are reviewing the Redemption Logs at Support>Redemption Logs, the timezone for the logged in Admin User will display.
This timezone can be verified by clicking on the profile icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen from the Dashboard or any page within the platform.
Transactional data will show in the timezone set up for the business originally or in the timezone for a specific location.
For Businesses that have locations on the east and west coast, for example, receipts on guests' timelines will show in the timezone of that particular location.
A good rule of thumb is that when viewing data/ reports/ logs as a logged-in user, the system will take into account your location.
When viewing transactional data, the system will take into account the location of the transaction.
