What is the time frame that any issues are received?
The time frame can help us isolate an issue
How many errors are seen within this time frame?
This will allow us to understand the full scope of an issue
What is the original API request or JSON payload that resulted in the error?
With the original payload sent that results in an error, we can actively test and review for possible malformed data.
Example ticket request:
"I am seeing 404 Errors when calling the API."
With the above data we can effectively and efficiently investigate an API error and provide a hasty resolution.
