If an image from a Punchh email (including a coupon or QR Code image) appears broken in your email:
- Make sure and check the settings in your email client to verify that they support downloading images from HTML emails
For example, if a guest uses Outlook 2016, they may need to perform the following actions in order to view email images.
NOTE: All email Clients will have their own settings regarding this and these are not controlled by Punchh
