If a guest is seeing code or "gibberish" in the preheader of an email received from Punchh, check the email campaign to make sure that a Preheader is present in the original email content. If it is not, older email clients (such as older versions of Windows mail) will display the actual HTML code as the Preheader which will appear nonsensical to guests.
