Feedback is important to gauge how guests are interacting with your apps or loyalty program, and can be helpful when it's time to make a change.
Even with Feedback features in the app or iFrame turned off(e.g. if you manage feedback through a 3rd party), guests may still provide feedback from the comment field while checking in via Web(iFrame).
