A guest's favorite order is saved in the online ordering platform if those orders have been marked as 'favorite' at the time of ordering. Punchh will display these as favorites in the app once the user reaches the online ordering flow.
Favorite orders cannot be deleted in the app.

A guest can modify or delete the favorite orders using the online ordering browser portal after logging in:
- Login using the iFrame
- Search for the Favorite Orders section
- Click on Edit
- Select Modify Favorite or Delete
