If you are receiving the "YOU MUST PROVIDE EMAIL TEXT ALONG WITH SUBJECT" error on step 2 of a mass notification campaign, this indicates one of the following:
- You have not attached or configured a template in the WYSIWYG editor for the communication
- You have not configured the email as HTML
This error is warning the user that the email has no content and only consists of a subject line.
