If the Punchhconf.exe try's to open and immediately closes after running the PunchhAlohaSetup.exe this could be caused by 3 things.
- The Punchh endpoints are not passing the firewall at this site.
- The API Keys are not the same in Punchh and Aloha for this site.
- The Store ID# for this Location is not the same in Punchh and Aloha for this site.
When running the Punchhconf.exe this program calls Punchh to download the correct installation files or updates for Aloha specific to the site running this program.
For matching purposes, the two key IDs Punchh looks for from the Aloha BOH computer at the install site are Store ID# and the API Key. Under Settings > Locations.
The Store ID# and the API Key located in the Punchh platform must be added to Aloha.ini at this site for installation to proceed.
