Eclub Imports via CSV will not be successful unless the Birthday is in the following format:
YYYY-MM-DD
If getting errors, make sure the Birthday column in your CSV is formatted as TEXT.
For example, 1980-01-28 indicates that you'd like the guest to have a birthday of January 28th, 1980.
