This error will usually appear when adding a promo or coupon code to an online order. Typically, it occurs when the items on the order do not match the qualifiers section of the Qualification Criteria,
If it allows you to add it to the order, as in the above screenshot(and the QC is set up properly), but will not let you place the order, it could indicate that the Promo or Coupon campaign is expired.
- Find the promo or coupon campaign under Campaigns > Search, and click on the campaign.
- Then, choose Edit, and click Next to get to Page 3 - When.
- Here, you can verify that the campaign is expired, edit the date and save or you can create a new campaign with the desired date range.
