Different reporting sections of the Punchh platform have different intended uses, depending on the data you're looking for.
When it comes to the Lift report, it is no different. This is used to look up the differences between the average check size of loyalty transactions vs. non-loyalty. To be effective, this report needs recent data, and if a location has not sent any transaction data, recently(last 30 days, for example), the location will not be included in the report.
This differs from the list of approved locations that show within Settings > Locations. There may be locations listed here that we still show as "approved" but in reality, the location is closed but necessary steps were missed to completely disable the location.
This will result in the list showing the location as approved, but if you look at the Lift report, the location isn't listed. You can confirm by looking for the location under Support > POS Stats > POS Scoreboard. You should see the red bar that indicates a lack of recent data.
