Punchh supports SMS for clients. This allows clients to market to guests through text message. Currently, Punchh only supports SMS, not MMS. This means that media cannot be sent through SMS.
Punchh is looking to also support MMS, which would allow clients to send guests images, GIFs and videos through SMS. This is on the roadmap for product updates.
