If you've created a campaign in Punchh and you are receiving the notification upon launch seemingly early or late, it is due to the time zone setting for the business in Cockpit differing from the timezone assigned to the campaign in step 3.
Example: The business is set to MST in Cockpit but a campaign is built for CDT. The notification from the campaign is scheduled to go out at 6 CDT. It will be received by guests at 7 CDT because the campaign will fire at 6 MST which is 7 CDT.
- NOTE- The master timezone setting for the business overrides the timezone of the campaign itself on step 3 of setup. Cockpit settings can only be accessed by your Customer Success Manager at Punchh. If they need to be configured please contact your CSM or email support@punchh.com
- Usually, these two settings (time zone for campaign and Cockpit) will match, but not always depending on a business's set up and location structure, etc.
