When a Guest is logging into the app they will sometimes receive the following error, "Phone has already been taken".
This error indicates there is another account that has the same phone number associated with it. This occurs if one of the accounts is:
- One account is eClub
- Another account is Loyalty
Removing the phone number from the other account will resolve the issue. This can be accomplished by searching for the phone number in Question within the Guests section of the Platform. Once the phone number has been removed from the account have the Guest log into the app.
