Punchh Loyalty:
Punchh Loyalty allows users to participate in the Punchh sponsored loyalty program by assigning users to orders and allowing them to redeem rewards & offers.
Setup:
Add New Menu Buttons:
Admin Portal > Configuration > Settings Editor > Layout > Create buttons with the following behavior:
- Lookup Customer
- Clear Customer
- Redeem Rewards
- Example of Completed Buttons Below:
Note: Button names can be customized to suit the client's needs.
Create Punchh Discount:
- Admin Portal > Configuration > Settings Editor > Discounts > Add New Discount:
Active = Enable
Type = Comp
Must Enter Amount = Enable
Loyalty Discount = Enable
Configure Loyalty Provider:
- Admin Portal > Configuration > Settings Editor > Options > Loyalty
Loyalty Provider = Punchh

Base URL 1 = https://pos.punchh.com/api/pos
Base URL 2 = https://pos.punchh.com
Create Check-in on order close - assigns the order to the assigned customer when the order is closed so the user does not need to use the barcode on the receipt
Location Key = enter the key provided by Punchh per location
Choose a discount - Choose the discount in Step 2

Using one of the three options:
- Loyalty Card # - N\A
- Phone #
Accepted Lookup Values:
- Punchh QR code - Punchh uses a QR code as an identifier, this can be scanned at any time to add user to order.
- Punchh Barcode - Printed receipts will display a Punchh barcode at the bottom of the receipt. User can either manually enter the barcode number at Punchh website/app or scan the barcode from their smartphone
Redeeming Earned Rewards
Users will earn rewards. These can be redeemed via the Redeem Rewards button which allows two options on the POS Register:
- Punchh QR code - A Punchh QR code with the redemption code can be scanned
- Manual entry - The redemption code provided by the guest can be entered in the dialog
